Update your charity's details and branding

Checked 2026-08-06 · A couple of minutes to read

Open More, then Admin & settings. The Branding card sets your logo and brand colour, which appear on your sign-in page, emails and public pages. Nearby cards hold your charitable objects, legal form and organisation details. Only workspace admins can change them.

Add your logo and brand colour

  1. Sign in as a workspace admin and open More, then Admin & settings.
  2. Scroll to the Branding card.
  3. Select Choose logo… and pick your logo file. PNG, JPG, SVG and WebP images work, up to 1 MB.
  4. Pick your brand colour with the colour swatch, or type it as a hex code like #18766e. Your website or letterhead designer will know this code if you don't.
  5. Select Save branding.

Your logo and colour now appear on your sign-in page, in your emails and on your public pages. If it doesn't look right, Reset to default puts back the default logo and colour, so you can try again safely.

Let CharityControl fetch details for you

The What we're here for card holds your charitable objects, the purposes your charity exists to further. Select Fetch from the register to fill them from the Charity Commission register. If your website is on record, the card can also read it for your about text, brand colour and logo.
