Find your way around
Home is your dashboard: deadlines, actions and meetings at a glance. The tabs are Home, Meetings, Governance and Projects, with everything else under More. Looking around changes nothing, so open anything you like. Dotted underlines explain jargon in plain English.
Start on Home
When you sign in you land on Home, your governance snapshot for today. It shows anything that needs your attention: deadlines, your open actions and your upcoming meetings. If it's quiet, that's good news.
The tabs
On a phone, the tabs sit along the bottom of the screen. On a computer, the same items sit in a sidebar on the left.
- Home: the dashboard.
- Meetings: agendas, minutes and everything meeting-shaped.
- Governance: risks, policies, the compliance calendar and the other registers.
- Projects: plans and tasks, on plans that include them.
- More: everything else.
The More menu
More holds Finance, Impact, Giving, Copilot (your AI briefing for your next meeting), the Register of appointments, Who decides what, Your induction, Volunteers and Admin & settings. It's also where you take the one-minute tour, set your briefing email, and sign out. You only see what your role allows, so the app stays small for most people.
Dotted underlines explain jargon
Words like quorum or free reserves appear with a dotted underline. Tap or hover on one and a plain-English definition pops up. Nobody expects you to know these terms already.
You can't break anything by looking
Opening a page never changes anything. Changing things needs the right role. Important steps, like approving minutes or adopting policies, wait for a formal decision. And every change is recorded in a history your admins can see. So explore freely. If you'd like a guided walk first, open More and choose Take the tour.
